03 SMS Terms & Conditions
📱 SMS Messaging Program — Linctech Online
These SMS Terms apply to all text messaging communications sent by Linctech Online to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications. This is a transactional messaging service and is entirely separate from any marketing communications program.
Types of Messages
- Order confirmations and booking acknowledgments
- Pickup scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Real-time shipment tracking and status updates
- Estimated delivery times and arrival alerts
- Delivery confirmation and proof of delivery
- Exception notifications (delays, failed delivery, address issues)

04 User Accounts
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
05 Payments & Billing
Shipping rates are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, origin, destination, and selected service level. Quoted rates are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual shipment measurements. Payment is due at the time of booking unless a credit account has been established.
Additional charges may apply for dimensional weight, special handling, residential delivery, fuel surcharges, remote area fees, and customs duties or taxes.
06 Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services to ship prohibited items including but not limited to: illegal substances, explosives, hazardous waste, counterfeit goods, undeclared weapons, or undeclared high-value cash. You also agree not to use our website to transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
07 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments is limited to the declared value of the shipment or applicable carrier liability limits, whichever is lower. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linctech Online shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on the Linctech Online website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of LincTech Global Logistics Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without express written permission.
09 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri, unless prohibited by applicable law. You agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us.
10 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and provide notice via our website or email. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
