  1. Shipment Info

    This is the information that we must obtain regarding the subject shipment. It is the information describing the nature of the shipment such as package type, the content on the package, dimensions and weights. Other information that we may obtain includes color and the nature of the shipment (fragile/delicate/breakable/ Handling instructions?).

  2. Profile Data

    This is the information that we MUST also obtain to enable us to deliver the shipment as per the shipper’s wishes. It may also include any special handling and package instructions.

  3. Sender/Receiver Data

    This is a MUST obtain information associated with all shipments. This information is obtained at the time the shipment is picked up or tendered to our facilities. Sender information which includes name, phone number, address and email address. Receiver information which includes phone number, name and delivery instruction that is, if we will provide door delivery services.

PURPOSE

All of the above data obtained for the smooth and efficient delivery process. We use the sender/receiver data to share tracking profiles via text, email and app notifications. We also use the info to alert our customer on shipment pick up notifications and shipping dates. In addition, the information obtained helps us to communicate with customers regarding their requests and questions.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

All information obtained is solely intended for internal communication to our esteemed customers. We do not share, release or sell any information and data obtained for our customers. We also respect our customer wishes in the event of request to opt out to delete their profiles.

We respect and uphold the highest level of privacy by securing customers’ data in our secured servers. All data is strictly obtained directly from customers at the time of shipment pick up or tendered at our facilities.
