SMS Opt-In Terms

01Program Description

LincTech Global Logistics operates an SMS notification program that delivers transactional and service-related text messages to customers who have opted in. Messages may include:

• Shipment status updates (pickup, in-transit, out for delivery, delivered)
• Customs clearance notifications
• Delivery exception and delay alerts
• Proof-of-delivery confirmations
• Important service announcements related to your active shipments

This is a transactional SMS program. We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS without your separate explicit consent.

02How to Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS notifications through any of the following methods:

• Completing the SMS Opt-In form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox.
• Providing your mobile number and verbal or written consent when placing a shipment request with our customer service team.
• Responding YES to an initial opt-in text message sent by our system.

By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the mobile number provided. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

03Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the number of active shipments associated with your account. Typically, you may receive 1–6 messages per shipment covering each major milestone from pickup to delivery. During periods of high shipment activity, you may receive more frequent updates.

We will never send more messages than are necessary to keep you informed about your shipments. You will not receive unsolicited promotional texts.

04Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. LincTech Global Logistics does not charge you for SMS notifications; however, your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging and data rates for sending and receiving text messages. Please contact your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's messaging rates.

International message delivery is subject to your carrier's international roaming and messaging rates. We support international mobile numbers, but delivery cannot be guaranteed for all regions.

05How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a confirmation text and no further messages will be sent.
• Email us at cs@linctechonline.com with your name, mobile number, and a request to unsubscribe.
• Call our customer service line at 1-800-571-9010 and request to be removed from SMS notifications.

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS notifications does not affect your use of LincTech services. All shipment status information will still be available through the online tracking portal.

07Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with most major US carriers, including but not limited to:

AT&T · T-Mobile · Verizon · Sprint · Boost Mobile · U.S. Cellular · MetroPCS · Cricket Wireless · Google Fi · Consumer Cellular · Republic Wireless · TracFone

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery to international numbers depends on your local carrier's capabilities.

08Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent status are used solely to deliver the notifications described in these terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your contact information with our SMS platform provider solely to facilitate message delivery. Such providers are contractually bound to use your data only for this purpose.
